PLUG: YAM Magazine (Amy’s Blog)

Hello, the LAMB members!

It’s time to unveil the YAM Magazine website, which we’ve been working on for the last couple of months.

What is YAM you ask? YAM Magazine is a Region Free online magazine that focuses on reviewing anything related to entertainment around the world. Be it films, music, tv shows, and even events – if YAM Magazine can get their hands on something to watch, to listen to, to read or to attend to…we’ll review it.

YAM Magazine is always looking for people around the world to contribute with reviews and articles, so please, stop by yam-mag.com! Read us, and leave a comment. We’re eager to know what people think!

Got a Press Release, something to Plug, or a Screener available for review (or some combination of the three)? Ok, don’t get all crazy about it. Just click here and give me the details (what, when, where, and a link, for starters) - I’ll handle the rest.

LAMB #594 - Amy’s Blog

URL: http://personal.amy-wong.com/
Site Name: Amy’s Blog
Categories: Reviews, Lists, Other Multimedia
Rating: PG-13

What is the main focus of your site?
Films, music, celebrity, design… and all entertainment ramblings.

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
I am looking for an audience who will participate and give/share their opinion about anything related to entertainment around the world. This is why we often blog things from Asia (most of the time), Europe and Latin America. We’re all one, so there’s no distinction with a “foreign” tag.

Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
Interactivity! We all should learn from each other~~~

How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
According to the archives, it’s been active since March 2007… but I started blogging (mostly about films) since February 2004.

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
1. Dancer in the Dark
2. Children of Men
3. Kiraware Matsuko no Issho (Memories of Matsuko)

How did you hear about the LAMB?
Two blogs I recently discovered.

Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that’s not listed above.
#3 on my fave films climbed up pretty fast to that spot since 2008 ;P you should really check it out. LOL

also, you should really read my blog ;P
