PLUG: Blahblahblahgay

Dear good people at LAMB,

I have a shameless plug i hope you can help me with.

I am advertising a film maker’s blog which will detail the steps he takes in trying to get his project made. He is also looking for funding.

You may have already seen my post at http://blahblahblahgay.blogspot.com/2011/07/blahblahblahplugs-bloody-bay-movie.html which links to the bloody bay blog at http://bloodybayfilm.blogspot.com/.

I know it’s slightly different from what I usually see on the LAMB, but if you can help spread word that would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Got a Press Release, something to Plug, or a Screener available for review (or some combination of the three)? Ok, don’t get all crazy about it. Just click here and give me the details (what, when, where, and a link, for starters) - I’ll handle the rest.

LAMB #979 - blahblahblahgay

URL: http://blahblahblahgay.blogspot.com/
Site Name: blahblahblahgay
Categories: Reviews, Classic Film
Rating: PG-13

What is the main focus of your site?
Putting less well known movies in the spotlight, sharing my passion in an occasionally humourous way, encouraging my friends to develop a larger movie watching palette.

What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
I need to write. The more I write the more likely I am to rediscover the ability to finish scripts and novels. I’d love some intelligent discussions about film too.

Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
There’s nothing better as a blogger than provoking a reaction of some sort. I don’t care if people think i’m wrong or the most insightful reviewer ever as long as they are inspired to write back.

How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
I’ve been up and running for eight months although there was a small gap when I was extremely busy with non blog related stuff

Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
Is this a question designed to torture a film geek?
Brief Encounter.

How did you hear about the LAMB?
It was either that wonderful googling machine or via Film Forager

Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that’s not listed above.
None
